Welcome to Habibi Shik Shok. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, ticket purchases, event registrations, dance classes, merchandise sales, and related activities. 1.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable, to use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service where legally permitted.

1.4 Event Information

We strive to provide accurate event information. However, event details — including artists, lineups, schedules, venues, performance times, and formats — may change without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.

1.5 Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are subject to availability. A purchase is complete only once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel, reject, or refund any transaction that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

1.6 Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to tickets for leisure events tied to a specific date. Refund eligibility is instead governed by our Refund Policy below.

1.7 Admission Rights

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from an event for dangerous behavior, harassment, violence, illegal activity, intoxication creating safety concerns, or violation of venue or event policies. No refund shall be owed in such cases.

1.8 Identification

Attendees may be required to present government-issued identification, proof of purchase, or ticket confirmation. Failure to provide requested verification may result in denied entry.

1.9 Ticket Resale

Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, duplicated, copied, or used for promotional purposes without written authorization from Habibi Shik Shok. Duplicated or fraudulent tickets may be invalidated without refund.

1.10 Event Changes

We reserve the right to change artists, schedules, event format, or venue within the same city, and to modify event operations where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically create a right to compensation.

1.11 Event Cancellation

If we fully cancel an event, ticket holders may be eligible for refunds according to our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for additional expenses including travel, accommodation, visa, or transportation costs, unless required by applicable law.

1.12 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, strikes, security concerns, venue closure, transportation disruptions, or civil unrest.

1.13 Photography and Recording

By attending an event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken. You grant Habibi Shik Shok the right to use such recordings for marketing, promotion, documentation, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

1.14 Personal Property

Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Habibi Shik Shok is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

1.15 Health and Safety

Attendees participate at their own risk and agree to follow venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable safety requirements. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from attendee misconduct, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

1.16 Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.

1.17 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, branding, artwork, graphics, text, photography, and event materials — remains the property of Habibi Shik Shok or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

1.18 Merchandise

Where merchandise is offered, additional product-specific terms may apply. Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

1.19 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habibi Shik Shok is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or personal expenses incurred in connection with an event. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service or ticket. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Greek or EU consumer law.

1.20 Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers including payment processors, ticketing systems, accounting systems, hosting providers, and technology platforms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

1.21 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece. If you are an EU consumer, you may also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

1.22 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4.1 General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, tickets, booking fees, service charges, processing fees, and transaction costs are non-refundable.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)), the standard 14-day "cooling-off" right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure events tied to a specific date — which is why tickets are not refundable simply because you change your mind. This policy explains the specific situations where a refund may still apply.

4.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, ticket holders are eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price. Refunds do not include travel, accommodation, visa, transportation, or other personal expenses.

4.3 Event Postponement

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us — refund eligibility will be assessed in line with applicable consumer law.

4.4 Event Changes

Refunds will not be issued for artist lineup changes, schedule or running-order changes, venue changes within the same city, or minor format adjustments.

4.5 Customer Non-Attendance

No refund will be issued if you choose not to attend, miss the event, arrive late, or are unable to attend for personal reasons, travel difficulties, or visa issues.

4.6 Refused Admission

No refund will be issued where admission is denied, or an attendee is removed, due to violation of event rules, illegal activity, dangerous behavior, harassment, or safety concerns.

4.7 Lost, Stolen, or Duplicate Tickets

Refunds will not be provided for lost, stolen, damaged, or copied tickets, or for shared or unauthorized use of ticket credentials.

4.8 Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available where an event is affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will determine appropriate remedies on a case-by-case basis.

4.9 Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.

4.10 Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory right you have under Greek or EU consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.1 General

These Ticket Terms apply to all tickets sold by Habibi Shik Shok through our website, authorized ticketing partners, or approved sales channels. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Ticket Terms and Section 1, our Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for one admission only, unless otherwise stated, and only for the event, date, and time specified.

5.3 Entry Requirements

Ticket holders may be required to present a valid ticket, QR code, government-issued identification, or proof of purchase.

5.4 Ticket Holder Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket. Lost, stolen, copied, shared, or damaged tickets may not be replaced.

5.5 Ticket Transfers

Tickets may only be transferred if permitted by us or the ticketing platform.

5.6 Duplicate Tickets

Only the first ticket presented with a valid code will be admitted. Duplicated or fraudulent tickets are invalid.

5.7 Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, running order, lineup, or venue layout. Such modifications do not automatically entitle refunds.

5.8 Artist Lineup

Artists and performers may be changed, substituted, or withdrawn without prior notice. Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

5.9 Admission Rights

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee without refund for dangerous behavior, harassment, or violation of venue or event rules.

5.10 Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in delayed admission. No refund will be issued for late arrival.

5.11 Re-Entry

Re-entry is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by us.

5.12 Photography and Recording

By entering the event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be captured and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

5.13 Personal Property

You are responsible for your personal belongings.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, competitions, or commercial resale without prior written consent.
