Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.
5. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are subject to availability.
A purchase is considered complete only after payment has been successfully processed.

6. Admission Rights

No refund shall be owed in such cases.
7. Identification

8. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain, duplicated, copied, or used for promotional purposes without written authorization from Habibi Shik Shok.
Duplicated or fraudulent tickets may be invalidated without refund.
9. Event Changes

* Change venue within the same city

Such changes shall not automatically create a right to compensation.
10. Event Cancellation
In the event of complete cancellation by the Organizer, ticket holders may be eligible for refunds according to the Refund Policy.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for additional expenses including:
* Travel costs
* Accommodation costs
* Visa costs
* Transportation expenses
* Personal arrangements
unless required by applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, interruption, or modification caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

* Government restrictions
* Strikes
* Security concerns

* Transportation disruptions

12. Photography and Recording
By attending an event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken.
You grant Habibi Shik Shok the right to use such recordings for:

* Promotion
* Documentation
* Archival purposes
without additional compensation.
13. Personal Property
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
Habibi Shik Shok shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
14. Health and Safety
Attendees participate at their own risk.
You agree to follow venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable safety requirements.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for injuries resulting from attendee misconduct, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
15. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
* Logos
* Branding
* Artwork
* Graphics
* Text
* Photography
* Event materials
remains the property of Habibi Shik Shok or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

18. Limitation of Liability
